After years of unforgettable music, laughter, and evenings shared around the table, the Mansion’s beloved 801 Dinner & Concert Series is taking its final bow. This season will be our last. A celebration of the incredible artists, performances, and community that have filled our venue with joy.

VENUE DETAILS
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
PARKING: You may park in our main lot which is located directly west of The Mansion or in our auxiliary lot, across the street.
THE VENUE & ENTRANCE: Dinner will take place on our large tented deck (a beautiful open air space - please dress according to the weather). Come to the tent entrance when you arrive, located at the back of The Mansion parking lot. A staff member will be there to greet you, check you in and show you to your private table. The Performance will be located behind the tented deck, in our Carriage House, AKA Barn (circa 1866) with theatre style seating.
DINNER BEGINS AT 6pm: You and your guests may arrive as early as 6pm for dinner (included with your ticket). Dinner this year will be a beautiful buffet experience - menu will be posted the Monday prior to the show date. You may eat at your leisure, explore our beautiful grounds and/or Mansion interior prior to the show. Please note, if you intend to have dinner you MUST ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 7pm. Thank You.
DINNER SEATING: While we will do our best to accommodate seating requests, due to audience size and staffing, it can be difficult to do on the spot. If you would like to make sure you are seated with specific people (only if your tickets were purchased separately) we ask that you email Lori at lori@themansionsaratoga.com with your group size and name(s) of the people who purchased the tickets.
PERFORMANCE DOORS OPEN & PERFORMANCE SEATING: The doors to the performance venue will open promptly at 7:30pm. Seating is theater style and selection is first come, first serve. This is an intimate venue, do not worry if you are not first in line. Every seat in the house is PRIME!
SHOW TIME: All shows will start at 8pm and run for roughly 1.5 hours.
FOOD & LIBATIONS: This season, dinner will be presented as a Chef Rick buffet (included with your ticket) - reimagining our former 3-course format to create a more relaxed, social dining experience that allows guests to savor a wider variety of of Chef Rick’s signature dishes. A full bar will be available (NOT included with ticket) and will open at 6pm. All guests who plan to enjoy dinner MUST arrive no later than 7pm. SAMPLE MENU
TIPPING: Gratuity for your dinner was included when you purchased your ticket, $8 per ticket. However, we kindly ask that you come prepared and show some love for our hard working bartending staff when ordering beverages throughout the evening. Thank you.
RESTROOMS: The Mansion of Saratoga has a total of six available unisex restrooms. Two are located under our White Tented Deck, one is located inside the main Mansion under the grand staircase and three are located off the back deck of the Barn (the performance venue).
