Welcome to episode two of Chef Rick’s Tasty Tuesday!
Chef Rick’s Citrus and Berry White Sangria comes together fast with just a few ingredients and is so perfect for entertaining. A big pitcher of white wine sangria is refreshing, delicious, and so easy to make!
With Summer right around the corner, it’s time to get ready to taste the sunshine!
Ingredients:
750 mL Bottle White Wine (Tip #1: Fruity is best like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
1 Cup Orange Juice
½ Cup Orange Liqueur (Tip #2: Use Triple Sec, Cointreau, or Grand Marnier)
½ Cup Simple Syrup
½ Lemon, Sliced
½ Lime, Sliced
½ Orange, Sliced
1 Cup Raspberries
1 Cup Blueberries
1 Cup Blackberries
1 Cup Strawberries, Sliced
2 Cans Soda (Tip #3: Use Sprite, Ginger Ale or Club Soda)
Directions:
Add wine, orange liquor, orange slices, lemon slices, lime slices, blueberries, raspberries blackberries, and strawberries in a large container or pitcher.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
When ready to serve, add 2 scoops of ice and top with choice of soda.
Stir well and serve. Enjoy!
