Tart and sweet and incredibly easy, Chef Rick’s Key Lime Pie is sure to be a family favorite! A delicious graham cracker crust filled to the brim with an incredibly creamy filling that is just so quick to make. You won’t be able to stop at just one slice!
Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 ¼ Cup Crushed Graham Crackers
- 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 6 Tablespoons Melted Butter
Key Lime Filling
- 2 14oz Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Cup Key Lime Juice
- Zest of 2 Key Limes
- 6 Egg Yolks
Place all graham cracker crust ingredients in small bowl and mix till combined. Press into a 9-inch pie tin and place in refrigerator while you mix the filling.
Place egg yolks in medium bowl and mix, add sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and zest until combined. Pull crust from the refrigerator and pour filling into crust. Place in 350-degree oven and bake for 25 min till just set. Pull from oven and let cool on counter for 30 minutes, then place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to cool and set completely.
To serve, slice into 8 pieces, pipe whipped cream on each slice and add a lime slice for garnish.
