Chef Rick’s famous Spinach Artichoke Dip is deliciously rich, perfectly creamy and cheesy, filled with spinach and artichokes and it’s always a crowd favorite.
Enjoy this easy recipe at your next dinner party!
1 LB. Cream Cheese, Softened
1 ½ Cup Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Cooked Spinach, Chopped and Drained
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
1 TBSP Kosher Salt
1 TSP Black Pepper
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Place all ingredients on the bowl of electric mixer with paddle attachment and mix until combined.
Place in oven proof dish. Bake for 25-30 min, or until top is brown and inside is bubbly.
Place on platter and serve with pita chips or tortilla chips.
