All rates are for two people in our standard rooms and up to 4 people in
the Kayaderosseras Suite. Additional people in rooms are available for $50 per
night, space permitting.
- Most weekends require a two-night minimum, with racing season and some
special event weekends requiring a three-night minimum.
- The Mansion is a NON SMOKING facility. Smoking is allowed on porch and in
garden areas. Please understand that should you smoke within your room you
will be subject to a $100 cleaning fee.
- We welcome your outside guests for both breakfast and for the innkeepers
reception. A minor charge will be made based upon the number in attendance.
- Check-in 3:00pm. Check-out 11:00am. Should you arrive early we will be
happy to store your luggage until check-in if your room is not yet ready.
- Pets: While we love soft and fuzzy creatures (large and small) guest
allergys make it impossible for us to accept your four-legged family within
the building.
- Children: The Mansion is primarily an adult facility. The building was not
constructed with the degree of sound proofing required to muffle a crying
infant or a teenage tantrum. It has also not been decorated to make it child
proof. That said, children may be allowed subject to managers discretion.
DEPOSIT: We require a deposit to confirm all reservations. The deposit
is one night's charge (Two nights charge during Track or Special Events) at the
time of making the reservation.
CANCELLATION: If 14 days prior to your arrival date you find it
necessary to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded or applied
to a new date. If your cancellation is within 14 days, we will do our best to
fill your room, and if successful, your account will be credited.
** During Track Season we have a 30 day policy, instead of 14.**
ANY returned money to a credit card will incur a $25 processing fee.
