the privacy of your guest room. Please note that you must book your service

Swedish Massage

sore muscles. It is characterized by long strokes and is known to melt
tension away! |

| Hands on healing utilizing the vast
abundance of life-force available to us in the universe. This modality
is relaxing, stress reducing and complimentary to all forms of healing
treatments. Reiki assists the client in shifting old patterns on a
mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. |

| Craniosacral Therapy
|
$90/ hour |
| This therapy is extremely relaxing. By using
gentle, soft touch to the head, face and lower back (sacrum) the bones
in these areas subtly shift to allow for the free movement of
cerebrospinal fluid, the substance that slowly moves between the cranium
and sacrum. It is used to relieve migraines, TMJ disorder, sinusitis,
stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, and for general wellness and
relaxation. |

Reflexology

This can also be paired up with a half hour of Craniosacral or Reiki for a

entire body is mapped out on the feet. Every point on the foot and ankle
corresponds to a place in the body. This is focused massage to the feet,
for relaxation and general wellness. |

indigenous cultures from around the world, this form of healing affects
change and growth at the soul level. Using the drum, rattle, singing,
and hands on healing techniques, old patterns can be released, new
vitality and passion for life can be discovered, and meaning and
